If the applicant receives a notification of additional documents from the Immigration Bureau while applying for a visa
During the process of applying for a visa, the Immigration bureau may send you a notification of additional sub mission by mail.
In that case, the visa may be denied unless the applicant submits the appropriate documents or gives an appropriate expalnation. The most important thing here is to understand exactly why the Immigration Examiner required the applicant to submit additional documentation. We support the submission of appropriate documents and the creation of explanatory documents.
Apply for spouse visa for marriage in Japan
In this case we will create two documets.
One is a "questionnaire" that explains the history of the applicant and spouse from the time they met until they got married.

Procedure flow
Step 1
The immigration lawyer will respond to inquiries from the client and provide the client with a quote (free of charge).
Step 2
Prepare the required documents by referring to the "List of required documents" that we send to the client, take a picture of them and send them to us (email, LINE, etc.).
Enter the required information in the "hearing form" that we send.
Step 3
Our immigration lawyer interviews the client by telephone and prepares documents for each client.
Press the "official seal" of Immigration Lawyer who created the document and mail it to the client's address.
Step 4
The client himself / herself applies at the nearest Immigration Bureau

2 Contract
Please fill out the "Contract Form" sent by email or LINE from our office and apply for our online documentation service.
3 Payment of fees
Please transfer the fee to our bank account. As soon as we have confirmed your payment, we will start working for you.
4 Advice on required documents
Our immigration lawyer will advise you on the documents and materials that you need to prepare. Please make your own preparations at the government office, financial institution, etc.
5 Send photos of required documents
Please take a photo of the required documents you prepared and send it to us by e-mail or LINE. The procedure will be smooth if you send us a clear image.
6 Fill in the hearing sheet
After we receive the photo of the required documents, the person in charge at our office will send a "hearing sheet" by e-mail / LINE, so please enter the necessary items.
7 Hearing by phone
Based on the "photographs of required documents" and "answers from the hearing sheet" sent to us by the client, our immigration lawyer will prepare a draft of the documents. After that, we will set a schedule and call you for more information.
8 Document completion
The client will check the contents of the created document, and if there are no corrections, the immigration lawyer who created the document will put an "official stamp" and mail it to the client's address.
9 Visa application
The client himself / herself applies to the nearest Immigration Bureau (branch office). Even after application, telephone and LINE consultation is free, so if you have any problems, please feel free to contact us.

About consultation
We provide telephone and LINE consultation free of charge.
Even if you do not request after consulting by phone or LINE, no consultation fee will be charged.
It is possible to meet with immigration lawyer directly in the office for consultation, but a consultation fee will be charged (5,500 yen each time) when consulting on a client's specific case. Consultation by phone or LINE is free, so we recommend using the free consultation service.
We immigration lawyer have strict legal regulations regarding duty of confidentiality. The contents we hear from the client will not be leaked to the client's family or friends as well as the immigration without the client's consent. Please feel free to contact us.
About procedure flow

When applying for a visa, you must prove yourself that you meet the requirements for a Japanese visa. The reason paper is, in short, a legal document that explains in Japanese that the applicant meets the requirements for a Japanese visa.
For visa applications, immigration will only examine the documents submitted by the applicant without talking to the applicant. So, all claims and proofs must be made in writing. For example, even a person who actually satisfies the requirements and can obtain a visa may be denied a visa application if the submitted documents are incomplete or insufficient. Therefore, it is important to submit the legal explanation in Japanese(reason paper). It should be noted that visa is often denied due to improper reason papers.
About result of application
Unfortunately, our visa renewal service cannot guarantee results. In cases where there is a high risk of disapproval, the immigration lawyer in charge may recommend the usual services of our office to the client at the time of prior consultation.
At the time of the first consultation, the immigration lawyer in charge will inform the client of the possibility of obtaining a permit for the client's visa application free of charge. * We do not guarantee the results.
